As the founder of Harbor Breeze Dental Care, Dr. Mark Kubiliun believes exceptional dentistry begins with genuine relationships. Since opening the practice in 2016, his vision has been to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident in the care they receive. Every decision he makes is centered around one goal: providing the highest level of dentistry while treating every patient like family.
Born and raised in Aventura, Florida, Dr. Kubiliun earned his Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Florida before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is certified in inhalation sedation (nitrous oxide), allowing him to help patients feel more relaxed throughout their dental experience.
Dr. Kubiliun enjoys all aspects of dentistry and believes that a healthy smile has the power to improve confidence, well-being, and quality of life. Known for his friendly personality and compassionate chairside manner, he is committed to providing personalized care while utilizing the latest advancements in modern dentistry to achieve beautiful, long-lasting results.
As both a dentist and business owner, Dr. Kubiliun is passionate about building an exceptional team and creating a positive workplace where people are encouraged to grow personally and professionally. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Outside the office, Dr. Kubiliun enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, their daughter, Brimley, and their dog, Dexter. Whether traveling, kayaking, fishing, caring for his saltwater aquariums, or cheering on his favorite sports teams, he values making lasting memories with his family and believes that living a balanced, fulfilling life is just as important as building a successful career.
